Monitor and track all CNR orders to updates CNR Tools and reports.   Coordinated, interact with project manager, C&E and FAE to get order complete on time.

Design, assign, research and track all circuits includes DS1s, DS3s, Ethernet, trunking and microwave. Submit all types of orders to the LEC/CLEC.   Proactively monitor circuits activities from start to finish ensuring orders/project had meet requirements.  Updates database, tracker and CTS.

Granite Engineer / Transport Engineer

Responsible for research and investigate detailed circuit parent paths and switch equipments.  Built new, adding, change, remove equipments, cables, shelves, cards, ports. Migrated circuits path from DACS.  Using switch/DSC dumps to analyze and audit then port mapping accordingly.  Circuit design for MSC(Mobile Switching Centers) DSO, T1, T3, OC3, OC12.  Maintain accurate circuit records in the XNG/Granite Database. Responsible for processing ASRs and/or Inter-Exchange Carrier(IXC) orders.  Performed project management of orders from the time the ASR is forwarded to the IXC trading partner until the applicable Design Layout Record (DLR) is completed.  Provide frequent and ad hoc status updates to Management as well as support 1^st level escalations for all tasks exceeding the provisioning milestone set for the ASR targets.  Using online telecommunication order processing systems(AT&T, AVOM, BellSouth, CSG, CAFÉ, SBC, Sprint, VFO, XNG)

Implemented, analyzed, managed and executed end-to-end.  Designed new network, router for customer locations and new facilities.  Processed DS1, DS3 circuits including ISDN/PSTN through various service providers and IXC. Designed Network Services for MCI Local customers.  Translated, coordinated and send ASR to all Telcos.  Route circuits DS0, DS1, DS3 using NSPS, ASAP.   Provided information for CLLI codes and Channel Bank to field.  Interacted with all level of management for escalations, Accounting Team and Field Engineer.
